The GBA dinner will take place in the Pall Mall Room at the Army and Navy Club. Dinner will be preceded by a joint HQBG, GWT and Gurkha Museum briefing in the Drawing Room commencing at 1815 hrs.

a. 1800 hrs (1) GBA Guests arrive. (2) Drinks in the "Smoking Room”.
b. 1930 hrs – Dinner Call and Piper leads guests to the Pall Mall room.
c. 2130 hrs – Chairman GBA’s speech
d. 2300 hrs – Disperse
